Marie Denward

Marie Denward is a Senior researcher within the Game Studio.  

She has worked with the Interactive Institute since 2001. During 2001-2005 she started up and headed a research group for the institute in Southern Sweden (Växjö). During 2009/2010 she spent 6 months at the faculty of Creative industries, Queensland University of Technology, Australia.

She holds a PhD in media and communication studies, a M.A Art & Craft and a B. Soc.Science. Her working experience includes building engineering and fifteen years of teaching and lecturing in the educational field nationally and internationally. 1990-93 she worked as an aid worker in Southern Africa and still has an interest in the developmental area.

Her spare time is preferably spent on her NF sailing boat in the Stockholm Archipelago.
